Sensory is a furnishing brand redefined for the modern Nigerian home. We were born out of a simple observation: the process of furnishing a home here is often broken. Between dishonest artisans and the stress of juggling multiple vendors for your decor, the joy of creating a space is usually lost. At Sensory, we aim to restore that joy by becoming a one-stop shop for your home essentials. From custom-built furniture to a wide range of decor and interior furnishings, we’ve eliminated the guesswork. To ensure the highest standards of quality and structural integrity, we work exclusively with our Curated Design Collection. We do not accept external design requests from customers as of now. Our designs are pre-vetted for durability and comfort to ensure we deliver exactly what is promised.
Typically, our furniture production cycle is 14 to 21 working days, but if what is ordered for is just a decor, that would take around 7 days.
We take full responsibility for logistics. If a piece arrives with a structural defect or damage, we take it back immediately for correction (if its a furniture item) or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Yes. Every Sensory piece comes with a 12-month warranty.
No need for constant calling. Once your order is confirmed, you receive a unique tracking ID to be used on the ‘Track your Order’ page of our website. For instance with this you will get updates for when your furniture piece moves from Woodwork to Upholstery to Quality Control and finally when all of your items are ready for Delivery. You also receive updates through your billing email address.
Not yet however plans are being put in place for that.
Technically Yes. Although, we only make deliveries to neighboring states to Oyo such as Osun, Kwara, Ogun and Lagos State. However, works are in progress to expand our delivery network to other part of the country soon!
Yes. We offer repairs, replacements, or refunds specifically for items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or do not match the specifications listed on our website.
